1. Development status

Grafito is an independent game currently in development.

Game features, website content, community tools, availability, and release plans may change.

2. Accounts

You may need to sign in through a supported OAuth provider to participate in Devlog discussions.

You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated account.

You may not impersonate another person or attempt to access another user's account.

3. Community conduct

You agree not to publish:

• spam
• harassment or threats
• discriminatory or abusive content
• impersonation
• malware or harmful links
• illegal content
• private information belonging to another person
• content that infringes intellectual property rights
• automated or repetitive submissions intended to disrupt the service

4. User comments

You retain ownership of comments you create.

By publishing a comment, you grant Grafito a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, format, and moderate that comment as necessary to operate the website and its discussions.

This license ends when the content is permanently deleted, except where limited retention is reasonably required for backups, security, legal compliance, or preservation of discussion structure.

5. Moderation

Grafito may hide, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms or disrupts the community.

Accounts may be restricted or blocked in cases of abuse, repeated violations, security risk, or misuse of the service.

Moderation decisions may be made without prior notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary.

6. Intellectual property

The Grafito name, game concepts, artwork, text, branding, screenshots, and website materials are owned by their respective creator or licensors.

These materials may not be copied, redistributed, sold, or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

7. Third-party services

Authentication, hosting, and other functions may rely on third-party services.

Grafito is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions of those providers.

8. Availability and warranties

The website is provided on an “as available” basis.

Grafito does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of comments, release dates, or that every feature will remain unchanged.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Grafito is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from use of or inability to use the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the project and community features evolve.

Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
